Terms & Conditions

General Terms

You must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions before completing any order with us.

Acceptance of Terms

We make this website, including all information, documents, communications, files, text, graphics, software, products, and services available through the Site (“Materials”), and all services operated by us or third parties through the Site (“Services”), available for your use subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with any changes we may publish from time to time.

By accessing or using this Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order with us, you, as the buyer, enter into a contract with us as the seller. Placing an order confirms your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions, as well as any guidelines or rules posted on the Site, at any time and at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site, or any Materials or Services accessible through it, after such notice has been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Your use of the Site is subject to the version of the Terms & Conditions posted at the time of use. If you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates.

Services

Each product listing and price on this website is an offer to purchase a service. Our services may include sourcing and supplying unlock codes, remote procedures, USB-assisted procedures, IMEI-related services, FRP/account services, and related instructions or support. Service begins after payment is received and after any required verification has been completed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion where eligibility, legality, technical feasibility, fraud risk, or compliance concerns arise.

Buyer Eligibility, Ownership, and Authorization

Our services are intended only for the lawful owner of the device identified by the IMEI, serial number, or other identifier submitted with the order, or for a person or business expressly authorized by the lawful owner to request the service.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to enter into this agreement;
  • you are the lawful owner of the device, or you have clear permission from the lawful owner, your customer, employer, or principal to request the service;
  • the device was not lost, stolen, found, fraudulently obtained, barred, blacklisted, or submitted in connection with unlawful activity;
  • the device is not being submitted in violation of any financing agreement, lease, enterprise management policy, insurance claim, carrier restriction, or other third-party rights; and
  • all information you provide is complete, truthful, and accurate.

We may require proof of ownership, possession, or authorization before any code request, remote session, USB connection, IMEI-related procedure, FRP/account service, or other process begins. Acceptable verification may include, without limitation, an order receipt, proof of purchase, carrier account evidence, screenshots showing the device IMEI, a photo or video showing the device in your possession, or other documents reasonably requested by us. If you are a repair shop, reseller, or business ordering on behalf of another person, you are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining that customer’s authorization.

Buyer Responsibilities

Laws regarding device unlocking, account access, IMEI-related work, and security-removal services may vary by country and jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that the requested service is lawful where you are located and where the device will be used.

Device compatibility also varies by model, carrier, country, firmware, hardware version, and network technology. Unlocking does not guarantee compatibility with every network or full functionality on every network. Certain features, including but not limited to data, MMS, hotspot, VoLTE, eSIM, or 5G functionality, may still depend on the device model and the target carrier’s network compatibility.

You are responsible for verifying device compatibility, warranty implications, software state, account status, network status, and whether the device is supported by the requested service. We are not liable for denial of manufacturer warranty, carrier refusal, reduced network functionality, or service failure caused by unsupported hardware, software modifications, blacklisting, barring, financing restrictions, enterprise restrictions, or inaccurate order information submitted by the buyer.

Verification, Fraud Prevention, and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service to any buyer if suspicious activity, fraud risk, inconsistent ownership information, payment risk, abuse, or any other compliance concern is suspected. We may also refuse service for devices that appear to be lost, stolen, blacklisted, financed without authorization, enterprise-locked, leased without permission, or otherwise submitted without lawful authority.

If requested verification is not provided in the time or form reasonably requested by us, we may delay, suspend, or cancel the order. No refund will be due where false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information was used to place the order, or where a claim cannot be reasonably validated due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate.

Data Backup, Remote Access, and USB-Assisted Services

Before any service begins, especially any remote or USB-assisted procedure, you are responsible for backing up your device and protecting your personal data. Where practical, you should remove or secure personal information, accounts, payment apps, and sensitive content before service. The FTC advises consumers to back up and erase personal information before giving others access to a device; we strongly recommend following those precautions when appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, cables, computer, internet connection, charge level, and any credentials or prompts required to complete the process. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you remain solely responsible for your device data, accounts, passcodes, and the physical handling of the device while following our instructions. We are not responsible for data loss, account loss, user error, interruption caused by your equipment, or failures caused by your failure to follow instructions exactly.

Guarantees

We guarantee that we will work diligently to provide the purchased service and assist with reasonable support if a problem arises. If a service sold by us does not work on the target device, we will review the order and, where appropriate, issue a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Any refund guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • all information provided by the buyer at the time of ordering was 100% accurate;
  • the buyer followed our instructions exactly as stated;
  • the target device had not already been unlocked, altered, rooted, flashed, repaired, tampered with, or otherwise modified in a way that affects the service;
  • the IMEI, serial number, or identifying information of the device had not been altered or tampered with in any way; and
  • the device was lawfully owned, eligible for service, and not barred, blacklisted, financed without authorization, or subject to fraud or third-party restrictions.

We do not guarantee that an unlocked device will work on any specific network, that every carrier feature will function, or that the device will remain eligible if the device is later modified, blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or otherwise becomes restricted after service.

Conditions of Refunds, Cancellations, and Credits

If the service provided fails, we may contact you to verify that the information entered when the order was placed was accurate. Correct device identification, especially the IMEI number, is critical. If the IMEI or other required information was entered incorrectly, any correction will be allowed only once, and only if technically possible.

Where the buyer claims that a service did not work, we reserve the right to request additional proof before approving a refund or credit. This may include, without limitation, a video recording showing the device, the IMEI on the device or screen, insertion of another SIM card, error messages displayed by the device, and any other evidence reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

An order may only be cancelled if processing has not yet begun. Because many services involve immediate supplier costs, manual allocation, or time-sensitive processing, refunds are not available for duplicate orders, unsupported claims, incorrect information submitted by the buyer, barred or blacklisted devices, or orders placed without lawful ownership or authorization.

If a supported order remains unfulfilled for more than 28 days from the date payment was received, you may request a refund. Approved refunds on orders older than 45 days from payment may be issued by check, postal order, or another reasonable method selected by us. No refunds will be given for claims made more than 90 days after payment unless required by applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes may result in refusal of future service and submission of relevant records to the payment processor or platform handling the dispute.

Personal Information and Privacy

You understand and agree that we may disclose information about you if we have a good-faith belief that we are required to do so by law, legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or the safety of others. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about the way we collect, protect, and use personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event, including without limitation negligence, shall we, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any loss of use, data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site, its Services, or Materials, any delay or interruption in service, any device incompatibility, any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any statements or actions of any third party.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your submitted content, your use of the Site, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any person or entity, including any dispute about ownership or authorization relating to the device you submit to us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing this Site, you and we agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction governing our business operations, without regard to conflicts of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

General

These Terms & Conditions, together with any related rules, guidelines, licenses, disclaimers, and policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and Services. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms & Conditions or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
